Ben Konigsberg
Founder & President
Ben is passionate about real estate and has a strong background in residential and commercial sales, investment analysis, site-planning, and ground-up development. He consistently utilizes this knowledge to help his clients maximize value and streamline the maintenance, repair and home improvement process.
As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Sotheby’s International Realty and Princeton Realty Group, Ben has had exposure to hundreds of residential and commercial transactions. His experience also includes working as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Kingfield, a $150,000,000+ development in Westchester, NY.
Ben was a Division 1 All-Conference Track & Field athlete at Lehigh University.
Aaron Konigsberg
Co-Founder
Aaron brings deep expertise in product strategy, go-to-market execution, growth strategy, and software delivery. He specializes in business expansion and digital transformation, helping real estate operations scale efficiently and maximize profitability.
A former Engagement Manager and Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Aaron led digital sales transformations for top enterprise hardware and software companies, helping Fortune 500 clients optimize performance and drive innovation.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. A highly driven entrepreneur, Aaron has successfully led multiple startups to profitability.

Punchlist was founded by brothers Ben and Aaron Konigsberg to carry forward the legacy of their father, Kip Konigsberg - a brilliant and compassionate real estate attorney and developer who dedicated decades to helping families build and maintain their dream homes. His passion for real estate and commitment to quality inspired the creation of a company focused on making homeownership effortless and enjoyable.
Years after his passing in 2016, Ben and Aaron brought their father’s vision to life, launching Punchlist in January 2023. Many of the trusted connections Punchlist relies on today stem from the lasting relationships Kip built over the years - his influence continues to shape the company’s values and approach.
